Information you give us through our forms (test drive, service booking, contact, finance and newsletter enquiries): your name, email address, phone number, vehicle and registration details, and anything you include in a message. 4. Why we use your data, and our lawful basis.

To respond to and manage your enquiries and bookings, to take steps at your request or perform a contract, and our legitimate interests in running the dealership. We may share your data with Ford Motor Company and its authorised entities where needed for warranty, recall and manufacturer processes; with trusted service providers who host or operate this website on our behalf; and with others where we are required to by law.
