Performance and drive

EcoBoost Hybrid power, a seven-speed automatic and five selectable drive modes.

Seven-speed automatic

The EcoBoost Hybrid Powershift seven-speed dual-clutch automatic suits stop-start city driving, with smooth shifts and efficient running.

Mild hybrid

Regenerative braking recovers energy under deceleration and uses it to support the petrol engine, improving fuel economy and lowering CO2 emissions. There is nothing to plug in.

Five drive modes

Choose Normal, Eco, Sport, Trail or Slippery. Each adjusts engine mapping, throttle response, traction and stability control to suit the conditions.

There to protect you

The Ford Puma comes loaded with clever assistance technologies, all designed to help keep you, your family and other road users protected.

From alerting you to potential collision hazards, to clever systems that help you to maintain traction and stability.

A clever use of space

The Ford Puma’s beautifully sculpted exterior is balanced with thoughtful functionality. Boot capacity is 456 litres, rising to 1,126 litres with the rear seats folded flat.

That includes the 80-litre MegaBox, a deep additional compartment in the boot floor for taller items. It is moulded in plastic with a drain plug, so it can be hosed out — useful for muddy boots or sports kit. (MegaBox capacity is 68 litres when combined with the mHEV powertrain.)
